Question: I order something specifically for my hotel property - name, address, telephone, etc.
How does the process work and how long does it take?

Answer: The processing time for your first order takes from 1-2 weeks after you approve a proof that is e-mail to you. After that, your order will always be in stock and future orders will be shipped the same day they are received.

Question: What is a branded product?

Answer: A branded product has an approved brand logo, but does not contain property specific information. Branded items are less expensive then property specific items, because larger quantities are printed as they can be distributed to all properties with that brand.

Question: I do not have a PayPal account. Can I still pay by credit card?

Answer: Yes, PayPal now processes major charge cards for on-line companies. We chose PayPal because of their excellent reputation and ability to keep records like your credit card information secure.

Question: I need a brochure. Some companies charge extra for photo scans and have set up charges. What is your policy?

Answer: Our price is our price. We never charge for scans. In fact, we personally review every photo and in many cases, at no additional charge crop and enhance the picture using our state of the art digital software.

Question: How much do you charge for graphic design?

Answer: We never charge for graphic design

Question: What about changes and edits?

Answer: We never charge for changes. We understand that many clients are more comfortable editing than creating from scratch. Our policy is to make as many changes as you want until you are satisfied. Once you approve the project for printing, we are not responsible for and errors discovered after your final approval.

Question: Is there a minimum we must print?

Answer: No, we usually like to print about 1 years supply so you can get a good volume price.

Question: What if I don't buy everything in one year?

Answer: We only ask that you commit to purchase the entire amount. One year is for planning purposes only. There are no extra costs or penalties if items are not purchased within a 12 month period.

Question: What happens if we stop the program and you still have items in inventory.

Answer: You are required to purchase the remaining items. However, we work very hard to establish long standing client relationships. Usually, we are able to work out a mutually satisfactory arrangement with our good customers. We handle each situation on a case by case basis.
